If you are confident negotiating an amicable outcome on your own, we will be there as a sounding board (if you need it) but you can keep us right out of it until it is time to document your agreed position.
On the other hand, if there is too much at stake, your ex is being unreasonable, or you just don't want the headache, you can leave it to us. We are confident and experienced negotiators and will use all available leverage to get you the best deal possible.

We believe in transparency. Here's what you'll pay, with no hidden fees:
Independent Legal Advice, Draft Agreement, and Certification:
$1500 plus GST
Conveyancing:
$1500 + GST and disbursements per transaction
Negotiation and drafting changes:
$550 per hour on a time engaged basis
Your ex will require separate independent legal advice from a separate law firm in order to enter into a legally binding agreement. We cannot advise both parties, however if your ex is unrepresented there are lawyers we work with who can match our fees.
